Finance to Vacation Rentals...it's about the bottom line!
Hello there. I am Tara, I have a desire to help people transform their properties into something amazing to take full advantage of the market, get more rentals and higher nightly rates. Let me back up to tell you how I got here. Seven years ago, I went back to school and obtained my MBA in Finance. In the classes I took, I really liked reading annual reports and figuring out what the businesses were doing wrong and what I would propose to correct the issues. Tying my passion for figuring out issues, finding solutions, increasing the bottom line, and my love for design, the vacation rental market seems like a perfect fit. I am a numbers person and I like helping people to find opportunities in their properties whether it is small changes or large improvements to increase their profit margin.
